The Ceremony: Lions Park Kingscliff

Emma and Logan tied the knot in a seaside ceremony at Lions Park. The couple and their loved ones gathered for a sunny midday celebration in the park’s lush surrounds.

The bride and groom said their vows in front of a rustic archway styled with a simple light pink and green floral arrangement. Rows of white chairs were set up for guests and the aisle was lined with white flowers on either side. Small wooden signposts directed guests to the ceremony location.

The Reception: Babalou

A beautiful reception dinner was held at Babalou. The space was set up banquet style with the bridal table overlooking the guests. The timber tables were styled with romantic driftwood candle holders and a dainty line of vines that ran down the centre. Small white and light pink flowers were placed around the vines and tealight candles.

The room featured hanging greenery chandeliers and festoon lights. Rustic wine barrels served as the cake and gift tables whilst white wicker furniture added to the coastal ambiance. The Hamilton Band was set up down the far end of the room in front of a dreamy fairy light wall.

The guests were served entree and main course finished with plated wedding cake for dessert. For main course, guests were served an alternate drop of prosciutto-wrapped chicken breast or whole roasted sirloin and kipfler potatoes.

The relaxed daytime ceremony offered guests beautiful views of the sea and surrounding greenery from Babalou’s large windows.
