Dine in Style for Melbourne Cup

Enjoy canapés featuring freshly shucked oysters with mild horseradish vinaigrette, semi dried tomato, olive and goats cheese tarts and duck rillette crostini.

Dine on alternate drop mains including lobster ravioli in bisque with caviar, parmesan crumbs and fine herbs, or a grilled eye fillet with truffle mash, charred greens and red currant jus, before digging into dessert of rich dark chocolate tart with crème fraîche and raspberries.
